Nothing they are just playing games with employees. Just like they play gambling games on the real market.

Dislikes

All the work management and work culture. They just play around with you, Hire for other profile, and put on other work profile then management keep shouting out at you. They have been doing less than micro-management. So if you are planning to join think more than 100 times before joining this company.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
