the company is open to inonovation and readily adopts latest technology...i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markrts reliable, hight-quality product and has a global client base. and we work happliy in collaboration.. i also like employee re- hure policy here..

the grow is sloe. the work pressure is very high..new product were not availabe...i have to work 16 - 22 hours straight in a day..somtimes late in to the night...incharge do nit value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times...

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
