No work culture ,poor management, fake promises , poor salary structure, no travel allowance , no job security, salary date is 5th of every month but getting delayed by months. In shot have worked in most Pathetic company in my life , they didn't pay your hard earned money , giving silly excuses every time you call management. Its very frustrating to work !!! STRICKLY NO FOR THIS COMPANY

Salary date is 4th every month but it's gets credited to the account on 15th or later, it happens every month. Management is pathetic. They don't treat their employees with respect. Their MD uses abusive language with their employees. Pathetic experience with this company

Working in a company with Green Jobs field was good. New concept to learn. Freedom of working your way.

No work appreciation, written or verbal, incentives are not given on time, PLI not given after committing, cash not provide on time for procurement of oil. Poor reimbursement structure, no monetary appreciative motivation, no team outing or team bonding activities.
