Nothing good to say about the company.

No work culture ,poor management, fake promises , poor salary structure, no travel allowance , no job security, salary date is 5th of every month but getting delayed by months. In shot have worked in most Pathetic company in my life , they didn't pay your hard earned money , giving silly excuses every time you call management. Its very frustrating to work !!! STRICKLY NO FOR THIS COMPANY

Company is closing soon as they cannot getting investor and promoter doesn't have funds to take company carry forword

...nager is happy and think possitive for company as he is getting double benifit.( Salary+commision for business from Goa territory) Overall worst managing director who does have clear mindset.

Salary date is 4th every month but it's gets credited to the account on 15th or later, it happens every month. Management is pathetic. They don't treat their employees with respect. Their MD uses abusive language with their employees. Pathetic experience with this company

In starting, the management listened to the problem of its employees, but after a few months, some people joined, who messed up the management itself.The result of this was that the good employees left the job and removed them without assigning any reason.As a result of this, the good employees left the job and they were removed without cause.

telecom culture.Management didn't listen our employees issues only follow his senior thought,VIP culture going deeply , Salary issue, expenses issue even PF monthly payment structure is very bad,HR role is missing The whole Aris Beoenergy is taken care of by Harshit sir, if he turns his attention, all management seems to be faded.overall okay okay
