The company has a very comfortable work environment. The teammates are very helpful and supporting. I enjoyed working at Arihant Capital.

Dislikes

Management decisions are very poor. Policy varies from person to person. No one notices you if you are working hard and sincerely, ultimately appraisal depends on your manager or HOD's feedback. If you are having good terms with your boss or you can simply call it "jack" will let you grow in the company and accordingly your appraisal will be decided. I really worked hard just thinking that I will get a good career growth and hike but at the time of appraisal, I had taken lots of efforts and follow-ups for that. There is no difference between senior and junior, a junior person having less work in the same position will get a salary higher or equal to you. There are lots of politics for increment and designation. In simple words, it is difficult for a truly sincere, hardworking and talented guy to survive in the company for career growth....Read More

Work Details

Honestly speaking my work was very much challenging as I need to handle the entire customer and technical support work. I used to handle client's call & also online chats which was little hectic but made me multitasker. It was a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
