You can learn new things your own, no one restrict about that but you have to complete given work in timeline. Staff behavior is good except HR.

compensation is avg , work pressure is high, sometimes 9-10 hours without overtime allowance, you can not question about salary slip or deduction if u do they ll give excuase to meet you, system not followed properly, salary slip not given every month , work culture is avg, you have to overtime to complete task no compensation for over time sometimes upto 9 pm.none kind of training and development no other activity. just job....Read More
