I used to work at Argil DX. -The best thing about Argil DX is that they teach you how to work. I've worked at huge consultancies too, and the difference is night and day. Argil has actual Agile practices like sprint retrospective and backlog grooming, and everyone's voice is heard. Usually in larger orgs they just say "That's how itis, no point in questioning it" if you raise a concern regarding how the project is run. This makes a huge difference in job satisfaction because of built up frustration. -There's opportunity to try new things. If you have an idea for a new feature or a new implementation or even a new product, you will be heard and given an opportunity to pursue it. -Good work life balance. I was able to choose my work hours, as long as some of the day coincided with the rest of the team's work hours. -Management was not overly involved with day to day, which is good. The work life balance is excellent along with perks and awards to boost an individual's morale. The company works on various technologies which helps in keeping up the pace in the technical world.

If you want to see yourself growing then Argil DX is the place you should be looking for. It's only been 1 year since I join this organization but the learnings I had during this timeframe are tremendously great. The best part is that they will keep investing in your growth through sessions, PoCs, and giving you the actual practicalexposure. I am working as an AEM Developer and my primary task is to implement the client requirements using Adobe tech stack (primarily includes AEM, Launch, Dispatcher, Campaign, Forms, and Analytics). I also take part in interviews and training sessions.

Working With Argildx has been a great Experience being it in terms of Culture, Work, Policies. You are always welcomed when you come out of the box thinking. Idea's are discussed and implemented.

No As such. there is always a scope of improvement in everywhere being if it's about a person or a organization but yes I believe in all area's Argildx is a good Company to work for.
