Work life balance, management, salary, employee & management communication gap are pathatic which can disturb your sanity other wise good for those who wants to work without any expectations. Management always wants to show status to their employee by different acts which in turn demoralizing to bright candidate who genuinely workshard for the company. Company has network of henchman (coworkers) inside company which reports directly to company's management (director) which kills private/professional life and create negative environment against victim.
