It was great experience with arcon our team was good i learnt new things with them.Good work environment and culture.but need to more improve in company policies, appraisal, salary hike and bonus.

No proper police for employe benifit.managment doesn't address our issues.salary growth is slow.

Manager is toxic. They dosent let you innovate or express your thoughts. Their is no learning curve. Seniors are not that helpful, they just gaslight you and make you feel under confident. They will gaslight you that it is your mistake, but they dont even help you grow. They will let you work 24*7. no holiday. They dont care about employees health and mental care. They are rude.
