The organizational environment is currently in a state of significant disarray. From facility maintenance to management practices, numerous aspects are unsatisfactory. The compensation structure is inadequate, and job security is nonexistent. The safety department lacks a proper safety officer, leaving critical operational risks unaddressed. Company leadership, including Personnel and Factory management, appear to exercise disproportionate control, treating employees as passive resources rather than valued team members. There are no standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to guide operational processes, and internal political dynamics seem to be negatively impacting organizational effectiveness. With the departure of the Chief Managing Director (CMD), there are serious concerns about the company's short-term sustainability.
