The organizational environment is currently in a state of significant disarray. From facility maintenance to management practices, numerous aspects are unsatisfactory. The compensation structure is inadequate, and job security is nonexistent. The safety department lacks a proper safety officer, leaving critical operational risks unaddressed. Company leadership, including Personnel and Factory management, appear to exercise disproportionate control, treating employees as passive resources rather than valued team members. There are no standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to guide operational processes, and internal political dynamics seem to be negatively impacting organizational effectiveness. With the departure of the Chief Managing Director (CMD), there are serious concerns about the company's short-term sustainability. In my assessment, the CMD appears to be the sole visionary leader within the organization, and their absence may precipitate rapid organizational decline.

Company work culture, company politics, Colleagues and managers always try to blem to each other's, no safety, no guidance, no SOP. We always facing bad behavior from managers. If you want to live please maintain safe distance from this company .
