There is nothing to like in this company. They give you free food thats the only positive thing.

Everything is to be disliked. 1- Politics at top level. Company only values some employees, others are taken for granted. 2- Promotion are given to manager favourites. 3 - Leaves are less. They brag about unlimited sick leave policy. If you take sick leave they will write the same in your review that you took sick leaves. 4- Work is done by only juniors. Manager and above are just doing micromanagement and they will never let you live peacefully. 5- Working on weekends is pushed by directors. 14 hour work day is normal. 6- HR's are spineless. They will not do anything. They are there to play rangoli competition. Only your director will decide your fate. 7- Favoritism is there and you will be made a scapegoat if you are not management's favourite no matter how much you work. Nothing is good in this company.
