Also if you get 3 rating you will get 6% increase. 5 rating will be given to person who will do magic that may not possible for Infrastructure dept. I think as an AMNS organization, it is a wonderful org, especially to all the new projects that is being introduced,

Old department has still Essar mindset people, I think if Top Functional team of seperate department should be shuffle to ends the monopoly of Individual. Else Amns with new thoughts is quite Amazing to be honest. There are 1 or 2 people who are damaging whole department.

Work environment is worst there because their existing employees are not well knowledgeable and educated also they are not treating you as an engineer.
