Likes

I am joining as the DET in Uttam galva Metallica ltd. I observed that the manager of senior level is not so well qualified. And also HR of plant is not so well. The work area is good. But the senior person calture is not well and good. Only good thing is salary come on time. And no one can terminate the person easily.
