Working at ARCADIS India Private Limited is far far different from ARCADIS GEC. Job security is good but work culture is not in line with standard corporate practice.

Higher management at ARCADIS India Private limited is only money focused and treat the lower employees in a very cheap manner.

I have learn many things from Arcadis. Arcadis make me more responsible and punctual towards works. There is Sense of health and safety in oragnanisation. Working with Arcadis is turning point of career.

I am not able to maintain work and life in Arcadis hence I am Project.

They appointed me on role and after a month asked resign because thier contract gone. They make my internal tranfer to clients company.. they failed to pay me salary as they committ and as per my package.

Arcadis is a very fast changing work environment. Adapts to new practices very fast.

Dislikes

Not a good company for engineers as mostly CAD jobs are done here. One will be expected to work on any domain irrespective of their domain and experties. If an employee has a problem, then he / she may stuck in a circle. Everyone tells you to discuss your problem with your line manager and line manager has no powers. Bunch of dictators enjoy thier powers over their subordinates. Extreme favouritism here specially for ATKINS people. They have diversity and inclusion policy in place, yet employees are still working with colonial mindset. Lead regions discriminates people against their origin. You may be fired from the organisation if somebody in power doesn't like you. Limited opportunities to grow. Very less increment in the year end. Unreasonable demands of management.
