I Like only female management in RCCL because female management always support to crew members and try to understand crew problem specially all the female HR management.

Liberty of the Seas Royal Caribbean terminated me because they was changing my department in pastry permanently because I first contact I worked in the pastry for 5 month due to the shortage of staff in the pastry when I request to HR manager and excutive chef they rejected my request and they was saying company is paying money for you but i was just requesting first contact I worked in the pastry and this contact you can sent another guy but they was ignoring my request and they sent me for the master hearing and captain also support his manager only and ingnor my request and forced me to changed my department because of company paying money 💰 everyone only talking about money in RCCL when I request to captain im not only working for money cooking is my passion then he dismissed my employment and now Im completely agree RCCL Management only working for money i think all the people are only working for money in RCCL but i think you don't know you can't buy everything to money. I’m very happy with working with Royal Caribbean cruise International but only problem is as a chef we dont get promotion nd our salary also very less at lest as Commi 1 should get $1400 because we in the galley work hours nd hours waiters get good tips but we only depends on salary pls increase Commi salary thank you Royal

Royal Caribbean cruises is a fantastic company but the branch office in India known as Royal Caribbean Manning India Pvt. Ltd is a terrible office with no work life balance, no proper Upraisals, no work satisfaction having bias culture
