I) NO Job security as people can be fired casually anytime by most unfair and unfit management II) Pointless Meetings happening all time even at midnight III) Favoritism, office drama and politics is always happening IV) Juniors are guided vaguely and always used as scapegoat by seniors to take all blame and treated the worst way possible V) Top management monitors each and everything of employees and finds out their mistakes to point out later and ridicule them VI) No appreciation or growth for deserving and hardworking people instead their accomplishments are neglected ultimately stolen by favoured people. VII) Lot of interns are hired and fired in frequent manner and given huge amount of work responsibilities for cost cutting purposes. VIII) Single resource is supposed to do all the work is his domain to save precious money of management, like a developer supposed to work in development, testing, administration everything in low salary all day and night as micromanagement is present everywhere without caring about employees IX) Infrastructure is full of old codes which is very hard to navigate and fix and their products are very old and not up to the mark X) Managers are very rude using people like tools and management does a lot of unethical practices spreading negativity Join only if you are desperate for a job, wants to be taken advantage of and not getting any other opportunities at all....Read More

My overall experience is very good. Management is very helpful specially the HR Team. They follow the open door policy so it easy to work with all the upper management. Senior VP is very helpful. I am learning many new things everyday.

Well...if i take time to think and write...the good about this company is...you can get many bengali good people...who are always ready to make u eat tasty food

I dislike following 1. Work culture was worst...no professionalism. 2.they will extract...each and every part of energy from you...they will make you loose your appetite for sake of work. 3. No matter how hard you work...they will not make you feel...that they are satisfied with your work. 4.bonus and increment are not provided timely...and please note this...no matter how best u work...how dedicated u are...they will not give ur last bonus..whenever you resign. 5. HR is for name sake...no body listens to her... 6. They can call you on weekends...with no compensation. 7. They will provide you leaves...20 leaves per year...but mind it...you will not be able to use them..they will not ler u convert them into cash too. 8. If for 15 mins you will go for tea or small breaks...they will notice and keep calling you. 9.The CTO..if you join there...see please...u will urself know...wot he is.. 10. In big data...dont get confused of name..its just dev ops work...of cluster setups...they will make you reach to the level of your frustration..if its some other team...you can think...but linux jobs...and big data...are worst here.
