Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

1. Office politics. 2. Management, HR and admin teams are just for show, all they do is gossip whole day. 3. They use old technologies and you will have nothing to learn here in this organization. 4. They have a good security team but the person who is leading that team has zero knowledge about cyber security. 5. They have a senior VP who will not listen to any of your problems. 6. They can fire you anytime without any prior notice. 7. They don't give over time allowance. 8. The working desks are dirty and they don't even give holidays on events like mayday. 9. The qa manager doesn't have any knowledge and is incompetent to understand the simplest concepts. 10. If you have any kind of medical emergency at your home they won't even consider giving you wfh or sabbatical leave. 11. Minimum pay compared to other companies. 12. No team building activity and they will give you theats to fire you, if you don't do what they say. 13. Unqualified people climbing up the ladder because they have a good connection with top management people. 14. Washrooms are dirty, desks are not clean, coffee machines sometimes not working, you can't directly approach HR or VP you have to get to them through appointment first. 15. You can not even use mobile inside the office. They place restrictions on using mobile even if you are listening to songs while working. 16. This is not a professional environment, this is more like a college environment where professionalism goes out of the window from the moment you join. 17.
