So much work pressure 7 working days Saturday Sunday working days giving week offs in week days that is also like work from home type, so many phone calls and updates. If you join aragen (GVK), your family life completely disturbed.

GVK is having very good leadership, specially the CEO and the President. There is good work life balance. My colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds working happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Employees are treated unequal, at least in the department where I work, in invitro biology. Favoritism, better treatment to Tamil speaking employees. A lot of monopoly is seen in the way the employees are treated by manager. The HR seems to work only to employer ether than be a bridge between employee and employer. Managers do not understand and value individual's strength, that is why many of my colleagues take back their suggestion. Manager do not provide equal opportunities of work, skill development and trining. Company adopts very cheap cost cutting ideas. Job is secure only if your manager likes you, not because of good performance alone. Again career growth is only for the manager's favorites.
