Way of working, i was fired in layoff the final meetings with manager and HR is worst moment of my life, the way of handling the final is the the the worst part ever happened, The indian client I worked with is also a problem, if worked under other clients will have unique issues but less than indian client

Work culture and learning opportunities used to the positives but not anymore

Dislikes

No job security. Work from home only for selective few whom the company considers as valuable assets. Very few learning opportunities. Many with strong technical expertise have left aptiv. In their place interns are getting hired. Year after year, company says the same story to deny appraisal even to deserving candidates

worst department culture. Even Top level people also do like this. North Indian people too dominate tamil people. Never encourage your idea. If escalate your problem to top level people they did't take any action. daily i have lot of disappointment with their behavior. My advise never choose this company.

I was offered a job at Aptiv and we even discussed the joining date and package. However the HR team later disappeared and when I followed up , I was informed that they have closed the position with another candidate. Team Leads are worst They don't do proper reviews If any issue comes they will throw on our head only. No hybrid model for few departments. Overall i feel Worst experience here.

Good learning, keep in changing the priorities depending on the manager and client

Dislikes

Keeping in changing the priorities, from morning to evening it will change the priorities. Depending on the project or manager needs to understand the what is working the team and modules involved in the project
