I'm blessed to have the opportunity to work with Aptech Computer Education with an excellent working atmosphere.

We can work in a comfortable atmosphere. I have to work for 9 hours attending several sessions. I really enjoy the sessions and the students also enjoy the same. I get the opportunity of unleashing my own potential which in turn is beneficial for the students.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. thanks for varun sir and vishal sir he supported me always direction and some teachers behavior are good.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day group leader do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of the times and also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

You can not add your valuable insights even managers don't ask for it they want to run their business in their own ways don't have new techniques and software to cater business requirements Middle level management is not good they are not well versed. Learning is not there in the organization.

Upper management No personal life No appraisals It is permanent work from office but then too we have to carry laptops back and forth to home and office and if ask to work from home for emergency they will not allow but will give extra work to do from home on weekends

One area that could improve is communication between departments. Sometimes, information doesn’t flow as smoothly as it could, which can lead to delays or confusion on certain projects and thus it cause of some unsuccessful delivery.
