I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. One area that could improve is communication between departments. Sometimes, information doesn’t flow as smoothly as it could, which can lead to delays or confusion on certain projects and thus it cause of some unsuccessful delivery.
