Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. HR Policy - No flexiblity. Micromanagement. Sr Management does not trust there employees, treat very badly since last 1 year on Teams call. They treat extremely bad, and humiliate you in front other departments also, just to show that they are superior. Sr Management is only making money, and earning profits, while the middle and lower management are being tortured. Company Sr management looks clueless, as they do not have any future strategy for survival, and for increasing revenue. Creating pressure in employees, is actually leading to downfall in business, as there is no motivation, neither in terms of rewards nor recognition. No work life balance, even on leave they ask to attend calls and give update. Its no more an education company, its basically a company which is only focussing on sales, and income.
