I liked my team and my manager the most specially because of the effort he puts in day in and out. My team leader and my colleagues which very soon became my good friends have left a lasting impact on my life. Overall, my life at Aptean has been very systematic and processes are followed very quickly and effectively at Aptean.

Dislikes

In the role which I was hired for, I found that there very minimal learning and growth opportunities. My everyday tasks were the same which I did day in and day out and nothing new in terms of work was coming up. I wasn't learning or working on any new project or software so I felt dissatisfied to some extent.

Work Details

I felt excited when I joined the company as everyday I was doing something new and working on a new project or learning a out the product, but very soon my work turned monotonous, I was practically doing the same sort of things.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
