Stop hiking of salary, employee are not interested to have with, but they can't get risk after 17-18 years.

Basically salary problem. There is no any kind preks. Everything include in the salary i. e. Med., Bonus, travel, even we have pay for tea.

Sometimes by chance you may get nice team leader which can be benificial for you. You will get hired very quickly even if you are not skilled. It will feel good to fight with the manager as they are stupid.

Dislikes

Too much work pressure. Extended working hours. Rejects WFH, Saturday and Sunday off. Manager is not supportive and humilate empolyees. If you are working as copy editor under team "Elsevier" then don't beacuse they will hier you as consultant and then you are done. They will twist the terms mentioned in the contract. If you are rasing ticket for some issue then it will not be solved till a month. Senior will specially make their favourites sit beside you to know every gossip about you. They will make you learn so many things and give every different type of work together which will make "khichdi" of your work and mental life. Please take appointment of psycologist in advance before joining this company because depression is on its way. Favouritism is at its peak. Some employee have to leave in 9 hours only and some can leave in 4 only. Washrooms are not clean. Bring your own tissue everyday. Thats it otherwise everything is good....Read More

No work timings, Show runs by big boss who comes by noon. At joining office hours were 9 to 6 But actually it 1 pm to 10 pm Seniors have no ethics.
