The only advantage that I found working here was that I could be in my home town, rather than being in another city, and spending so much money for my accommodation and food. But considering the work environment here, going to Bangalore or any where in the North is a much better option.

Dislikes

No personal or career improvement. Management frankly doesn't care about the welfare of employees. Initially I thought this to be an odd occurrence, but later I found that almost every team in Aptara faces the same issue. Even basic amenities such as an in-house pantry, 5-day working schedule, cab facility, over-time pay, etc are absent here.

Work Details

Was frustrating even when I was at the office. Things got worse after the lockdown, when we started WFH. Extended work hours without any pay, working Sundays are a few among the perks that we get working in Aptara.
