Flexible working hours. I was working from home so only this part was good. But then they started calling office and it was not possible for me because of which I resigned.

Dislikes

Less payment. Chances of promotion is low. I was working from home so for me it was good. But sometimes they will force to work on leaves as well and you will not be getting paid. Overall it was a good experience. Sometimes they don't understand the situation and will force you to accept that you are not working properly.

The worst company ever. Especially you have managers like Vikrant and Ashabari sarkar who intentionally keep women in their team to harras them. You will be mentally harassed unless you leave job on your own. And if you complaint about it to the HR manager, he will ignore you. There is no fixed time for working hours and no extra payment for overtime. Also you will find colleagues like Manu who pretends to be helpful but they really aren't. I joined as a fresher because I needed job desperately. Passed the test and started working efficiently because my peers were very good towards me. My team lead was very friendly and my manager was also very knowledgeable person and they all have been working for years. I learned alot during that period. Performance was appreciated.But all these changed because of office politics our department got changed as some senior guy wanted to increase its reach. In that department i worked the entire wfh it was exhausting. Overwork and no appreciation. And there was no learning or growth from there just work blindly. There is politics. If you are good at people pleasing and want some company to be there short term then it is right for you. Politics is everywhere and i am an introvert person so i thought I will get through this but there are no benefits as well. Every holiday we were asked to work and in return either comp off or incentive will be given. If anyone else is on leave then everyone has to bare the consequences. Every weekend it's was a struggle as they had lots of work but less people so we have to work on weekends. But then also appraisal is mere 1000 rupees. No bonus. No diwali bonus. All we could get was a mere sweets pack. This is not fair alteast pay them more or not pressurize them to work on weekends....Read More

Overworked and underpaid and no growth. Flexible work timings during wfh and no restriction during that period. But graph is just not there in terms of growth. Company is very good but some changes are necessary for it to stand out.

Dislikes

Basic amenities like toilet papers, mousepads and dustbins are not readily available. Employees are called to the office even on sundays. There is no job security. Ids are snatched away by the guards if they find you in jeans. Ids are demanded even when going to the washroom. This is just harassment. Even if one sits in the garden during the break the guards shoo them away. This is not an office but a school. Actually it's worse than schools....Read More
