I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Salary cycle is fixed you will get paid on time. There is no delay in salary.

Dislikes

No proper management is there HR is not helpful if you ask for HR help she will not give proper response. Some senior level employees take wfh whenever they want. If you ask for wfh then you have option to come to office or take leave. Moreover its a school where you get abuse only whereever you go
