I had a great environment to learn and grow with the team. This company gave me the opportunity to start from the ground and helped me to touch the sky. I was a beginner and now I have done the entire marketing actives. Flexible working hours and friendly team members. Very dynamic management to adopt new technologies and train their resources.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
