Being a technical employee you won't get proper growth. If you wanted to join Appster then join it as a non-technical person like P.O ,S.M or QA. There is no work life balance in this company. Most of team need to stay late night often. Despite of this hard work you won't get better appraisal or any good feedback. For a fresher it is a place where they can learn and kick start their career with a lot of exposure to politics, typical Indian Lala company culture and pinch of technology

Dislikes

No work culture, Zero work life balance, if a person spends 1 minute less than 8 hrs and 45 minutes a day, he will be marked for half day. Company's culture is toxic.
