For freshers, it is good for learning. Give 50% hick on the first appraisal after that only 10 without bond and 20 with a bond of 1 year.

Dislikes

The company is not ideal for seniors. They require a minimum bond period of 1.5 years, and if you try to leave before that time, they won't provide you with any work experience. Additionally, they hold your salary for the notice period and up to 45 days after you leave. You have to cont act them multiple times to release your salary. There is no growth opportunity, and they force you to copy and paste code from old modules instead of allowing you to create something new. Junior developers receive a 40% salary hike but are unwilling to offer a 10% hike to senior developers. The company only has one developer for the backend, one for the frontend, and two for mobile development. You have to work on your own, with no guidance or direction on how to proceed, and there is no methodology followed in the development process. Once a project is 70% complete, they will assign you to a new project, without delivering the current project fully. In appsinvo every one is free to work. Appsinvo's stretgy about work is employee first. This is the good point to me no boundation of time.

Dislikes

Bonus given in this company always be hidden. The performance basis bonus should be given to the employee in the presence of the other employee but in Appsinvo bonus cannot disclosed to other employee.
