He is very aggressive and abuses people openly with "gallis", Very experienced people leave, and he does nothing to stop them. Salary is a joke. It's filled with all freshies who have no clue what to do. As a result, app development suffers. Rahul is very scared and almost paranoid about his sales, as if the employees will steal his customer's information and sell it to his competitors. so he employs dull uninspired people to do the work of sales. No work-life balance, No skills enhancement. you won't be able to learn anything here if you joined as a fresher, it's just a waste of time and effort.
