Hired Fresher with mid level of Salesforce knowledge.

Fraud promises gives to fresher like Salary increment, Appointment letter, training but don't given to fresher weather it is written on offer letter. They don't follow their own rules. Put freshers on the projects without giving the training and expected to deliver the things to the client, without knowing the actual source of projects. Once you bound to the bond period then your salary would be same till your bond period end. During this increment would be happen only for 2000 - 4000 Rs. If company knows you really doing work hard. Fresher salary always be less than 1.25 LPA and its fixed untill you finish your bonds....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
