I am working here from last 3 years. The management trust its employees and they didn't fire a single employee in covid times. Like the culture here.

I am working in Apponward from last 2.5 years, I have seen almost every ups and downs in last 2 years and these reviews don’t justify the work culture and learning growth of an employee here. There were salary delay issues, which are now improved a lot.

Honestly, there is nothing to like about the company.

They dont pay the salary for 3-4 months, terrible management that micromanages everything, the management has no idea what they are doing and just favour the employees that are related to them, the HR is even worse. They hire people by giving fake promises. Employees have zero work-life balance. They make you work even after office hours and even on the weekends

Absolutely nothing. The entire experience was a disaster. A total waste of time. Avoid this compny at all cost.

Worst experience ever, Salary and Settlement delayed endlessly. HR is Unresponsive and negligent. Too much work pressure , If you want to become financially poor then join this compny. Avoid this compny at all cost.

Lack of Growth Opportunities: Professional development and career growth are almost nonexistent here. The company doesn't offers any training or chances for advancement. Unrealistic Deadlines: The company sets unrealistic project deadlines, putting unnecessary pressure on employees. Lack of Innovation: There’s a noticeable lack of innovation and creativity in projects.
