Small company so it's easy to get noticed

IDIADA is a company where the hiring team will give you a good offer on paper, but the reality is that once you join, soon, the company will unilaterally start dropping components from your CTC. For example, until 2016, there was a component called retention bonus in the CTC, which was suddenly dropped for all employees in 2020 and the CTC was reduced. When a coronavirus lockdown was announced in Maharashtra in March 2020, IDIADA immediately took advantage of the situation to fire 34 of its 124 employees in Pune, and all the rest were given pay cuts.
