Here, at Applus IDIADA I have got a chance to work on latest technologies. The manager and team is very supportive, every one of them will help me to clear my doubts no matter how small and basic the doubts are. Overall till now I have experienced a nice work environment at Applus IDIADA.

Atleast for CAE department, you could expect work-life balance.

Dislikes

Till now, observed minimal work politics. You can approach management, share your issues, but issues will be addressed case to case basis. For GET, company offers above avg. industry standard CTC; but hardly any hike to beat inflation for first couple of years. You will be trained on project itself.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
