Job Description
- Position - CAD Engineer - Wiper- Washer systems
- Tool - Catia V5 3D & 2D, Connect/ Team center
- Experience - 6 to 10 years
- Core area - Responsible for design and development of Wiper & Washer Systems
- Design and develop, modify, support of sourcing process, ramp-up and tests of Wiper & Washer Systems for new future products.
- Create a 3D, 2D and other relevant documentations.
- Leading and daily coordinating of Sub-group parts.
- Organize the cooperation with external partners and suppliers
- Take a decision for cost saving techno commercial proposals ensuring design and product Functionality intent.
- Ensure product functions properly and meets the business needs including local and Export Regulations
- Product Design and development from Concept to Production stage
- Able to Mentor of Development supplier and engineering service provider

Friendly working environment
Need to extend in 2nd shift after midnight to complete the work which is very bad and can affect the health. Increments, arrears and perfomance linked bonus are given 6 months late. No compensation for lunch.
