Likes

Easily one of the best places to work. Most of non-revenue department like IT is outsourced but you would be working from AMAT office as a contractor and yet you don't feel differentiated.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Contractor employees should be given equal opportunity for growth.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Exciting and fun, was given opportunity to play with some of the best and futuristic tech.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
