Nothing to say good things . Because that company is not good at all. No positive things happened . Not with me but other employees are also saying the same.. It is a D grade company..😡😡😡

1) First of all I would like to say The HR management are very rude. They don't have knowledge that how to talk to employees.. they don't care about employees .... They think they are best in all organisation. 2) and the second thing They are " Great place to work Certified" company😂😂😂 Ask their employees how company forced us togive the best review about this company . They said If you will give the good reviews then only we can do your appraisal. 3) No job security at all.. After giving best performances they said your performance is not good so you have to grow neither we will terminate you. Totally they are harrassing the employees 4) After working on weekend also they were saying your performance is not good ... man what they are doing 🤬 5) Literally Management is full of Chad bc... 6) I would not suggest this company to work 7) If you have good knowledge then try another company they will treat you better.... 8) Also the HR's don't provide any documents on-time. Since it located in Thane Wagle Estate, traveling is pretty convenient. More freedom in terms of development and research as compared to other companies.

- Salary for all positions especially Digitalization Department which includes most development positions is below average. - Management and Higher Up are more concerned about making money and will propose absurd timelines to clients. - Even as a fresher you may be assigned to multiple projects or clients, showing false increased experience. - Do not join this company if you expect proper project management and hierarchy especially freshers. There is lack of leads and guidance is scarce. - They ask for bond of 2 year when joining and add 1 year after every increment. - They also have clauses which make it very difficult for someone to find other jobs after leaving the company....Read More

Worst Company Ever. I suggest never join this company due to company politics if you have connections with CEO then join this company you will get paid with good amount but if you dont then please dont join. They have not given me appraisal for 1 year and when I asked them they say company's sales are not good but at the same time they gave 100% appraisal to INTERNS(Having Connections With CEO). When you are serving notice period and you get ill then they would not consider that even if you are dieing and admitted in the hospital they are least concern they want their work to be done and HR cut your leave from your salary. Nothing worst company no work life balance and all the blame for delay will be on you if u are new there i request everyone please don't join there are other companies good but don't waste your time here they will make u work late night without any benefit and if u don't work they will blame u for the delay in project.
