A lot to learn for everyone from intern to experienced. Where in MNC it takes 4-5 years to aquire skills, one can achieve that level within 2 years of exposure here. Technical growth is tremendous.

They put terrible pressure over, you get to work under pressure

They force you to work on weekends without any comp off and make you work overtime with out any benefit and later after some senior comments that don't take leverage of notice period after working on weekends and late night
