The company is open to adopt the latest technologies. I got to learn complete full stack development. There is no restriction in learning the tech you want to. Cooperative work environment. Leave policy is one of the best in the industry. Very flexible work hours.

Dislikes

The work pressure is on the higher side if you are on a client project. I remember working 65-70 hours/week on an average for several months at a stretch. Your work life balance goes for a toss.

My work was on the challenging side as we were encouraged to take up new tech quickly which is also a boon in disguise as our skill set diversifies.
