Work life balance is good at teaching level as it's an educational institute naturally doesn't have long working hours

Dislikes

Exploitation of employees in all possible ways. For eg. Reporting to multiple HODs and working outside your job role, defaming and accusing employees to create pressure on them, read the offer letter carefully, it has terms and conditions that might get u in trouble later. It was a really worst experience of working with ATDC team. It is running by just a few team member who are always biased to their own requirements. The infrastructure provided to state branches is very painful, least bothered to provide basic necessity to the students such as chairs, white boards, working computers and other technical equipment. They do not provide annual increments which is mandatory as per lavour laws. On leaving They do not release balance funds to their employees....Read More
