Nothing. you are as good as daily wage worker.

Dislikes

No job training is given. There is a bond of 2 years and you will be asked to give 1 lakh cheque beforehand. No work ethics. No HR policies. Taking leave is a nightmare. No medical facilities. Nothing to learn. No job security. Lot of politics goes on in the office.

Good place for you to learn bout various aspects of clinical research. Being a mid sized firm you will get exposure to all realms of a trial which is an added advantage for your career growth
