Their structural model is the worst for gujrat. They dont give any kind of discount where the customer complaint us for that still they dont do anything regarding it . Plus they want to do the work of trle caller ,pharmacist ,pharmacist assistant , delivery boy and many more in a single salary plus they dont have a proper managementsystem regarding leave. We have to work every single day and get one week off but we have to come on that to if they want it without getting paid for that day and this suckss . Nothing is likable here. Even after leaving I hear from my old co workers who had been working for 3 years that there is not much salary increment . And every other employee except for pharmacist are treated badly.

Everything is bad and no respect to the employee. Hr blocked everyone's numbers as soon as anyone asks about quitting. A good company should guide their employees to the end.

There are many things which I personally dislike with apollo, Every month sale pressure was increasing, whatever extra curricular activities, we have to perform extra duty hours like if a manager, dgm or anyone is visiting the store prior to that for more than 2 to 3 days we have to perform extra duty hours like our duty was 9 hoursbut we had to work 12 hours and even some days we have worked 13 hours also, there are still many things...but i don't want to share those...let it be...Read More

Everything. I don't recommend apollo pharmacy for pharmacist as career. Worst work culture in Chandigarh apollo pharmacy. Incharge is very rude. Staff is very rude and mannerless. Cheap class. They don't even give 10% discount to customer on medicine. Their apollo brands are of cheap quality.

Poor work environment, cost cutting in everything. Micromanagement plays lots of role. Pathetic work life balance. Salary increment is also not upto the industry standards. Travel allowance was 200 Rs. In this they will expect that you will travel for 150 kms per day and eat also.

It's always about the gender game in Apollo where ladies are prioritised in whether you do a heavy load and get discouraged because you missed one day of tallying and daily audit due to rush. There is always a conflict in the back office sector so they will play around with your valuable time.

IT management give priority only to their family members and while hiring they provide big package to only their family members and while appraisal also they only recognise their family members with super hike.
