Additionally to above culture, Everyone working for this company is well aware of rampant corruptions to bribe their sole cosistent client officials of Indian Railways. Its only possible in India to approve products at Indian Railways without meeting its any of mandatory criteria required for IR critical requirements risking people travel with Indian Railways.
