Work culture is pathetic. Typical Indian work culture with lots of pressure, poor communications, politics, toxic environment, pathetic HR policies and systems. Just stay away from this organisation if you have already worked in good environment.

Pathetic or no HR policies Toxic people in higher management Their units are so small that they don't even have a decent canteen. Employees can't even get anything in breakfast No facilities available, being an admin employee, I sometimes don't even get space to sit and do my work. Poor HR policies and hardly any benefits. HR here thinks multiple times whether to give Diwali gifts or not. How they can skip maximum employees to save some money. This is the first organization where my birthday cake was not cut when there is a policy to celebrate all birthdays once a month. I am here only because of my profile and Apollo tag. I don't think other than Quality profile, any other profile is beneficial to work here. Many of my friends who joined in Operations left within a year because of terrible work pressure and unhealthy environment. People join AHLL thinking it is Apollo hospital only but that is AHEL. Both are sisters company but vast difference in values, culture, working pattern and of course benefits. Work culture. Company is in growing phase and they always cry for budgets. Poor benefits. Management tries to identify ways on how to cut employees salaries, benefits and allowances. They don't even have basic canteen facilities at most of the units that too in cities like Mumbai and Pune.
