Not much. They have hire and fire culture

Everything. I was in product team. The product lead Rakesh Mallory didn’t know shit and used to pressurise the juniors to come up with innovative ideas. Heard he has moved to Zepto another toxic company good for him. Just don’t join you will regret. THEY ARE ALWAYS IN THE LOOK FOR FIRING. Imagine how you will work if there’s a swordhanging everyday. Good team, great learning, ownership of end to end delivery of projects. No office politics. Seems like a stable company.

Dislikes

Slowly transitioning to work from office. Higher management is too chill, bad for growth of the company. Since focus is on profitability, budget is low for appraisal/salary hike. Yearly promotion/appraisal cycle. Slow growth.

At Apollo 247 employees get lots of responsibilities and ownership. They often work with top bosses on complex problems, which makes you feel trusted. You start by working on smaller tasks and if you do well, your responsibility areas increase. There is a steep learning curve. For me, I was amazed to work on complicated hyperlocal delivery systems when I was new. I also know that seniors have worked along with some of our colleagues on their college applications and actually spent many hours helping them perfect the application and essays. Really haven't heard this from any of my friends that seniors go out of way to help....Read More

Collaborating with other companies is tough. So many times it feels that they genuinely wants projects to fail. Layoffs were very painful. It was not easy to sit with friends and colleagues when they were crying. Last, why do we have HR? We dont get any reply from them at all.
