Organisation wise good. They won't compromise on product quality mainly safety and GMP environment is very good. Safety wise employee requirements they will fulfill and support from other people and management support is well. If we are ready to any upgradation best implementation they support for the Person. Learning is more to share knowledge from one unit to other units. To develop the things and person they will provide more trainings like six Sigma, LDP, SDP, out borne training and safety training from external sources. Every month person development programmes they provide each plants Employees they will encourage to awards some nomination through TOM, UVP, R&R and near miss gifts. Like this way more encouragement is there. Product quality they won't compromise with CFT they will take concern and consider valid concern to implement. Nothing But I feel grade change system for lower employees and promotions for sr employees will delay. Because of they need to maintain curve system.

Lot of peoples are available in company from past 15 to 20 years and I felt they are not upgraded and not able to speak English due to local language . So, for me like came from other state feeling very difficult to explain them the routine daily work requirements etc...

Here they promised one two me but not gave that one, everything is a problem, if you are very experienced person you never want to do work very hard just casually come and go, on that time this place is for you, if you are a fresher you think will never want to grow in your career same for you.
