Very talented people work here. Turning it to a giant company costed them a lot of disappointments. If you have got into this company at an early stage then you’re lucky in terms of pay, project exposure, learning experience etc. This company could have been one of the best companies if they didn’t hire 1000s of employees without thinking about the future.

Dislikes

Currently the management is poor. There’s no equality in terms of pay, designation and performance measurement. In the name of culture you’ll work a lot but at the time of appraisal the true colours will be shown. Company has disappointed a lot of people recently. I don’t think who have stayed here for more than a year are happy.

The company training program was great, they cleared the basics too, and then moved on to Salesforce.

Dislikes

The appraisal/ increment is not that great for freshers you need to have a bunch of certifications to get a promotion.

Everything here in this company is just perfect. Really comfortable environment and everyone is treated equally, no matter what is the position of any person.

HR department can sometimes be a little slow in helping out with queries. But everything is good here in Apisero

Hierarchical structure is good. One can reach out to anyone for difficulties in their work. Still people respect each other’s privacy.

Post acquisition by NTT DATA . All the policies have been changed and employees benefits and satisfaction are the least of their worries.

No micromanagement,quick solution on queries. Client interaction are engaged even with the freshers which gives confident towards certain knowledge. Flexible hours.

Since its permanent wfh, exposure towards self development skills like communication, behaviour lacks. But we can go to ntt office, it may works
