It is a good platform for IT people since being core into integration domain. I like the way we approach to people and the way our queries get addressed and resolved.

Sometimes there may b the calls in urgency where you might have been stucked already in your personal work and that might get affected. Moreover some time taking leave can be found to be the challenge

An open environment with always learning mindset of each employee. Everyone is reachable to everyone, a transparent and healthy company to work with.

Hierarchical structure is good. One can reach out to anyone for difficulties in their work. Still people respect each other’s privacy.

Post acquisition by NTT DATA . All the policies have been changed and employees benefits and satisfaction are the least of their worries.

All companies expects employees to be flexible. Apisero itself is flexible with employees.

Apisero is no longer an anonymous organization. Now it is a part of NTT Data company.

Everything used to be good until it is acquired by NTT Data.

Dislikes

No promotions, no salary increment, no relevant projects for full stack developers. Less development projects, lot of communication gap between managers, HRs, Higher management. No one knows NTT Data policies.

No micromanagement,quick solution on queries. Client interaction are engaged even with the freshers which gives confident towards certain knowledge. Flexible hours.

Dislikes

Since its permanent wfh, exposure towards self development skills like communication, behaviour lacks. But we can go to ntt office, it may works
